Chapter 1: Anticipation of a "Kidnapping"

For once, I didn't go to Disney World over Fall Break this year. Instead, I plotted to "kidnap" my best friend.

Stacie and I planned for her to come over on Tuesday and leave on Thursday. Yeah, that's right. I'd have to deal with Stacie for TWO days. Crap far, what was I thinking?!

Tuesday finally came and I was so excited! I spent the morning cleaning my brother's room. You see, my brother has a job that requires him to constantly be out of town and so that leaves his room open to anyone that wants to use it and the 52 INCH SCREEN TV.

Anyways, I dusted, wiped down, vacuumed, and "Febreeze"-d his room.

About 3-4 hours later, I was finished (he never cleans his room and I went all out) and went to go take a shower. By the time I got out, my mom was home and we headed outside to put up the tent.

Yes, I said "tent." We, being the dorks we are, were planning on camping in our backyard.

She and I worked together and put up the tent by ourselves.

And believe me, we have gotten pretty good at putting it up by now.

After we got it up, my mom and dad had to run somewhere and pick up a truck, leaving me home alone with our dog, Ginger, but not for long...
