La Cow-girl et La..GOOFY PIRATE! Day One: Chapter Three
Chapter 3: The Room
Soon enough, the tent was fully loaded with our camp-out equipment (sleeping bags, pillows, lanterns, etc.). My dad told me to go ahead and take care of our neighbors' cats** since it was late enough. Excited to show Stacie their house, I ran inside our house to grab the key for theirs.
As we strolled to their door, we passed their outside cat, Max, who was already heading back inside the garage, knowing what we were there for. When we got inside, Stacie remarked about a few of their family photos, saying, "She looks like she's glowing!" or "Aw, he's cute lil' boy!"
I walked ahead of her and stood in front of the doorway to THE Room.
"Stacie, may I introduce to you the room that you've been waiting for...The Toy Room!"
I stepped aside and turned on the lights to reveal a large room, bigger than my house's master bedroom or living room, filled with toys (and a few exercise machines) that belonged to their "only-child" son.
Before we could invade the enormous room, I had to go upstairs and take care of the pets. As I went through the routine, I found each cat and introduced Stacie to them. Stacie absolutely loved Petsy and laughed at how he was so fat! Simon, of course, was as standoff-ish as usual and she had seen Max on our way into the house.
Finally, we could go back to The Room. I had told Stacie about these Laser-Tag guns I had seen in there and I told her we were going to "borrow" them while the owners were away and "return" them before they got back. I found one gun, but I couldn't find the other. I knew it had to be somewhere because every time I came over there, the two guns were sitting side by side.
So Stacie looked at all of his stuff, occasionally picking up an object and messing with it before putting it back down and I continued my search. Eventually, we ended up playing with his light sabers and other guns before I got so mad that I couldn't find it and forced Stacie to look with me. (Sorry Stacie!)
After countless minutes, we couldn't find them, so I just stood where I was and thought for a moment. The only other place it could be would be his room. Stacie and I went back upstairs to his room and, what do you know, it was in there!

Haha, I'm only kidding with you Michelle. I just don't want you to think you have to apologize for everything!
